Hi, I'm Sam Penny, an entrepreneur and business coach who has had more than 25years of being in the trenches, like you, building businesses. Over this time I have built brands, extensive distributions, eCommerce offerings plus loads of innovation. I have pretty much seen it all. I have also worked with hundreds of producers to improve their business and guide them in their pursuit for what they are after.
I have been in the food game since 2016, having built Australia's largest online cheese retailer. More recently, I have created my own cheese brand called Max+Tom to gain even greater insights into the challenges that food producers face.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a MBA (Marketing, Finance & Entrepreneurship) which give me a unique skillset to understand the technical side of manufacturing and processes and the more "creative" side of strategy, branding and marketing.
All of my skills and experience ensure that I know the right questions to ask to guide you in obtaining the right answers to your challenges and achieving your opportunities.

Having built several businesses, execution is where I come to the front and will be there along the way to guide you and provide the support that most founders don't have.
